The American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) certifies that Donor Services of
Indiana has met the Association’s accreditation requirements and is hereby accredited
for Retrieval, Storage and Distribution of skin, Cardiac and Musculoskeletal Tissue for
Transplantation and Research; Retrieval, Storage and Distribution of Vascular Tissue
for Transplantation; and Storage of Autologous Tissue.
Indiana has met the Association’s accreditation requirements and is hereby accredited
for Retrieval, Storage and Distribution of skin, Cardiac and Musculoskeletal Tissue for
Transplantation and Research; Retrieval, Storage and Distribution of Vascular Tissue
for Transplantation; and Storage of Autologous Tissue.
